The Bath Explorer Course is a 2½ hour walking tour focused on getting great photos of Bath’s historic sights.

This course happens once a week from April to September.

We will cover a number of essential photographic techniques including how meters work, exposure modes, the right choice of lens and depth of field. We will also look at the rules of composition, the principles of harmony and the best choice of viewpoint. This bracing informative walk will take us past Bath’s most beautiful sights. Everyone will have the opportunity to record these for posterity or their holiday album.

It focuses on seeing Bath through a photographer’s eye. Sensible shoes and clothing are important, and your camera (any camera!) is essential.
